One of our goals is educating the public about the Golden Retriever and also about Golden Rescue. Our volunteers spend time setting up our information table at animal events around the areas that we service. As our schedule changes, we will make every attempt to keep you informed about these events.

Naples, Inc. will be at the Sarasota PetsMart located in the
Landings Shopping Plaza, 4942 S. Tamiami Tr., Sarasota, FL from 12:00
to 3:00 pm.
3rd Saturday of every month
GRINinc is at the Bradenton Petsmart,
4425 14th St. W., Bradenton, FL from 12:00 to 3:00 pm.
As we are an all volunteer organization, the dates and times of our "education days" may change.

Fisherman's Village

is a waterfront mall located in Punta Gorda. It is a
quaint little "pet friendly" place with lots of old Florida
atmosphere. The "Wildlife/Animal Awareness Expo" was held
at Fisherman's Village on Saturday, June 7th and GRINinc was
there. The purpose was to present informative
displays by local organizations dedicated to assistance,
preservation, and education related to wildlife and domestic
animals.
GRINinc volunteers and
their goldens spent Saturday, June 7th, having a
great time at the 2008 Wildlife/Animal Awareness
Expo at Fishermen's Village in Punta Gorda,
with the " BEST SEAT IN THE HOUSE"....shade
and a sea breeze blessed us on this hot day!
