Mission Statement of GRINinc.
Golden Rescue In Naples, Inc. is an all volunteer, 501(c)(3),
funding rescue devoted to assisting seniors and special needs
Golden Retrievers being treated and rehabilitated by registered
501(c)(3) Golden Retriever Rescues throughout the southeastern
United States.

Although GRINinc changed our mission in 2009, we
continue to be very involved in networking with other
Golden Retriever rescues to assist any age Golden
Retriever. GRINinc continues to take in seniors and
special needs Golden Retrievers on a limited
basis....one Golden Retriever at a time is our motto!
Since our inception in 2004, we have maintained a strong
network for the benefit of our breed. That being said,
GRINinc is a dynamic resource and referral service for
families that need to surrender their Golden.
Please contact us at 239-293-8159 if you find you need
to find a new home for your Golden. If GRINinc cannot
help you with your dog, we will be happy to refer you to
a reputable Golden Retriever rescue.

THE NATURAL BALANCE
NON-PROFIT CHARITY
REBATE PROGRAM
Golden Rescue In Naples, Inc. has a wonderful
opportunity to earn charity contributions
through Natural Balance Dog
and Cat food. The
more people who buy Natural Balance
brand food for their pets, the bigger the
donation we will receive!
The
way we can earn money back from Natural Balance is by
saving the UPC codes from the food packages along with
the receipt. When we have collected 50 UPC codes and
receipts, we send them in and they write a check for
GRIN Inc. Just send me an email and I’ll send you the
address where you can mail the receipts. I'll keep you
informed on any updates and how we're doing in the
collection process. Also this is an ongoing program so
we can continuously receive checks from Natural Balance.
If you have friends or family who buy any of the foods
above, ask them to save their codes and receipts for you
and send them to me when you send in your receipts. The
more receipts, the more monies that come back to GRINinc.

We want
to make a difference in the lives of senior and special needs
goldens. Won't you help us help them!!? GRINinc will continue to
need donations in order to carry out our mission. Donations
will go to assisting seniors and special needs goldens
throughout the state of Florida. GRINinc also has seniors that
will remain under GRINinc's care for the remainder of their
lives. GRINinc is responsible for all medical care for our
permanent fosters. Remember that your donation is tax

A Poem for The Precious Golden Oldies
With still so many sunrises and sunsets
yet to enjoy;
Would love to spend them with you, my tennis ball
and maybe a favorite toy.
You know…someone no longer wanted me,
and decided to just give me up;
Was it because I was no longer a
fuzzy, yellow pup?
I'm so proud to be a precious Golden Oldie, and
that fact is very true;
With so much love yet to give…can I spend my
"golden" years with you?
It would be heavenly to rest my head upon your lap,
with your arms enfolding me;
And once again feel safe and loved, with us
just sitting under a majestic, old tree.
I've come such a long way…and my journey has been
extremely hard;
Would love to just sit by your side, or peacefully roam
around in the yard.
So won't you please adopt me soon, and my "new life's
story"
can begin to unfold;
For as we all know, there is nothing quite as nice,
as precious old gold!

I looked at all the caged animals in the shelter...
the cast-offs of human society....I saw in their eyes love
and hope, fear and dread, sadness and betrayal. And I was
angry.
"God," I said, "this is terrible! Why don't you do
something?"
God was silent for a moment, and then He spoke softly.
